At a time when traveling, working or studying abroad is almost in vogue, we are actively building policy against immigrants. What does a foreigner have to overcome before obtaining a residence permit in our country? What was he looking for when he came here? How many papers has he sent to the Ministry of the Interior? And how does he deal with the uncertainty of "what happens tomorrow" depends on the decision of a man who is not legally allowed to meet him? The project works with the motive of utopia as a misleading idea and paper as a symbol of bureaucracy, an extended hand of the state that has lost touch in the fingers. In an area filled with black and white paper, absurd situations take place, only slightly exaggerated - because no great exaggeration is necessary - to which the viewer is immediately close or even becomes part of it.
