Information about the concert
The concert of Łysa Góra, Cronica and Radogost in Chorzów's Leśniczówka.
Łysa Góra is a folk soul firmly rooted in the Slavic soil, growing among energetic heavy arrangements. It's hard to clearly assign them to one trend. They draw from both traditional Slavic music and their own ideas. The music of Cronica is a peculiar mixture of different styles characteristic of particular regions. Cronica consists of seven people who bring to the band their individual feeling for folklore. This is why the music we create is not cliché and juxtaposes often very different varieties of melodies derived from folk traditions. The band combines heavy guitar sounds with instruments that convey the atmosphere of medieval ballads, sailor songs, novels, legends and other folk songs. They do not circulate only around one genre which is folk. The last band is a formation Radogost coming from Cieszyn Silesia, whose name derives from the name of one of the Slavic gods. The band was formed in 2006 and plays energetic metal music with folk elements, strongly rooted in the Slavic tradition. The band's trademark are expressive concerts and melodic, dynamic songs, in which strong guitar riffs and aggressive drums are juxtaposed with the sound of violin and other traditional instruments. In the lyrics Radogost refers to the legends, myths, legends and beliefs of the Slavs, cultivating the traditions of the peoples inhabiting areas such as old Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
