He has a successful career and she is the cutest devoted wife any aspiring man could wish for. However, in the recent past, Nora has committed minor fraud in the interest of her husband. And now he's trapped by a blackmailer…. The famous Ibsen play, which was considered scandalous at the time, is surprisingly still current today. The final decision of Nora Helmer was morally condemned at the time, but the author's ironic perspective nowadays highlights not only her decision, but Nora as a character, and woman, herself. Jan Nebeský, whose previous Ibsenian productions were highly valued, received recognition at prestigious international festivals.
