Večeře s Mozartem na Štědrý den a Boží hod

Dinner with Mozart on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day will offer a concert with a string quintet and opera singers Daniel Klánský and Gabriela Kopperová, who will play and sing the best of W. A. Mozart. During the concert breaks, visitors can then enjoy a four-course dinner from chef Rudolf Nikolai. All this is in the beautiful listed Boccaccio hall. Visitors will transfer to 18th century Prague and enjoy both the culinary and musical arts of this time.

Menu I.:

• Venison paté with cranberry sauce flavoured with orange and buttered toast
• Cream of sweet peas with chive yogurt and croutons
• Zander baked in herb crust with potato and pumpkin purée
• Crème brûlée with pieces of pistachio, raspberry and fresh mint leaves
• Menu includes a welcome drink Bohemia Sekt Brut

Menu II.:

• Field lettuce salad with quinoa dumpling flavored orange-honey dressing and pine seeds

• Lotus root poached in butter with spinach mushrooms ragout and mixed baby vegetables

Children’s Menu

• Roasted tomato soup with cheese gnocchi
• Rolled turkey stuffed with a delicate meal of vegetables, sugar pees and potato purée
