General Rules
Can I bring a bag? Please plan ahead and do your best to travel as lightly as possible. Searches are in place so if you need to bring a bag, please make sure that it’s less than laptop size or just a small handbag. Security Venue management and security teams regularly review procedure and protocol with all staff. As with every live event, all arrangements are in continuous consultation and review with local authorities and the police. There are lots of things that go on behind the scenes, too: training exercises; new security measures so please be patient if things take a little longer than you’re used to. The Venue reserves the right to refuse admission without a reason, so if you appear drunk or behave inappropriately in the queue, we might refuse you entry without a refund. From time to time, the venue will use breathalysers and anyone under 18 suspected of consuming alcohol will not be admitted (and will not get a refund). Challenge 25 If you are lucky enough to look under 25 (but are 25 or older) you may be asked for ID. Crowd-surfing, drink-throwing, illegal smoking and other such activities are likely to result in being ejected from the venue and you will not be refunded on your tickets. Non-professional cameras are OK (no large lenses) but please don’t bring iPads or selfie-sticks. ecigarettes and vapes are not permitted
Children
It’s always best to check the age restrictions for each event in advance as they vary from show to show. No under 8s please, but feel free to contact us if you’re unsure and avoid disappointment. 8-13 years, you’ll need to attend with an adult (18+). Some shows are 14+ but if you're under(between 14 years and 16 years) you’ll need to come with an adult (someone 18+) and only book balcony tickets please. Always look for admission age policies and signs such as 14+, 16+, 18+, 21+ before you book and remember to carry proof of age if you need it. We have a breathalyser policy in place at the front doors and anyone under 18 suspected of consuming alcohol will be refused entry.
