Event parking is very limited and not guaranteed. Parking may occasionally be found in the Ontario Place parking lots at a rate of $25 per event, but space is very limited. Alternative parking is available at Exhibition Place, Direct Energy Centre, Fort York National Historic Site, or in the Liberty Village area (10 - 15 min walk from the venue). We can't wait to see you back at Budweiser Stage. Here is what to expect when you visit us again. Keep an eye on our social media handles as guidelines are subject to change. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print. For a step by step guide on using mobile entry please visit: https://help.ticketmaster.ca/s/article/MobileEntry For previously scheduled shows, where you selected print at home or mail, your tickets will be honoured accordingly. FACE MASKS Following Step 3 protocols from the Ontario Government, face masks are required, except when you are eating or drinking. CONTACTLESS PAYMENT All points of sale will have contactless payment options. VENUE CLEANING Enhanced protocols have been instituted throughout the entire venue. Before and after each show, all high touch areas including seats, handrails, concessions stands, restrooms, and merchandise stands, will be disinfected. Hand sanitizing dispensers will be located prominently throughout the venue. Each unit will be checked every 30 minutes to ensure the units have adequate product. Disinfectant wipes will be readily available in high touch areas including bathrooms, dining & picnic tables, bars and concessions, and throughout the venue. BAG POLICY Any bag or backpack that is 12"W X 15"T or smaller will be permitted into the venue. Bags or backpacks that are larger than these dimensions will not be permitted. We strongly encourage bringing clear bags for expedited entry to the venue. HEALTH AND SAFETY If you feel sick, please stay home. Know the symptoms of COVID-19 which can include the following: fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or running nose, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea.
