The Dutch quintet Tristan will visit Elbląg's Mjazzga.

The most accurate thing to say about Tristan's music is that it is "good old acid jazz". The funky, rhythmic guitars, Hammond organ, Fender electric piano, synthesisers and percussion instruments create a pleasant atmosphere and a distinctive background for the voice of Jaycilee Teterissa, the band's vocalist. With Tristan, it's easy to be transported back to the warm musical atmosphere of the 1970s, refreshed with a refreshing whiff of contemporary styles. Tristan's music features motifs typical of such groups as Toto, Tower of Power, Snarky Puppy and groups performing classic acid jazz (e.g. Incognito or Brand New Heavies).
