Ondřej Fencl Trio

The original work of the forty-two year old keyboardist and guitarist Ondrej Fencl, whom listeners may also know from Lubos Pospisil's 5P, from the recent Marsyas line-up, from Schodiště or from his trio with Vladimir Merta and Jan Hruby. These are songs from the repertoire of Ondřej's folk-rock band Hromosvod, but in a more intimate and modern performance. The singer, guitarist and keyboardist Fencl is accompanied by part of the band Hromosvod - on electric guitar Vojtěch Jindra (m.j. Bran) and violinist Hana K. Vyšínská (among others, the well-known string trio Inflagranti). Lyrics full of internal rhymes and turns of phrase, believable vocals, violin and guitar - that's half of the band Hromosvod at the moment with the new album Dream of greedy boys to their credit.
