Be seen and be heard. Embrace the power and limitless colors of vocal expression, whether spoken or sung.

A workshop in the intimate setting of JammClub in Prague where men and women, singers or non-singers are all welcomed. No previous experience needed.

The workshop will include:

• Vocal techniques (how to warm up vocal cords, overcome the fear of speaking and singing, how to breathe correctly, and open up voice)
• Support of the vocal chakra
• Improvisation
• 5 elements in the voice
• Fun
• Transformation
• Singing and music
• Movement

What else will the attendees discover:

• Their authentic voice and its various forms
• How their subconscious beliefs project into how they express themselves in spoken or sung form
• How to open up, relax, and gain the courage to express themself, or on the contrary, to quiet down
• How to find support for their dreams in their voice, whether on a professional or relational level

Who will guide them:
Adriana Holanová is a musician and instructor. After graduating from Berklee College of Music in the United States, she has been working in New York, Prague, and Italy. In addition to composing and producing her own work, she founded The Voice of Spirit platform, which offers experiential seminars using music and voice work holistically, in a healing and enjoyable manner.

Who will take care of the attendees:
Petra Fialová, a nature and music lover. A woman, mother, wife, friend, supporter. Nature has been with her since childhood, which she spent in a water sports and hiking club. She has been involved with singing since childhood, singing in choirs, with a guitar by the campfire, or just for joy. She has two musicians at home: a son who is a drummer and a husband who is a guitarist and singer.
