Information about the concert
The good Jaguwars are back. On their way to Pilsen, they will load up with newcomers to the scene Nava Calma in Berlin and the whole party will be opened by the brand new project Amore Immortale. Visitors can look forward to a truly diverse showcase of moods, motifs, genres and feelings.
Jaguwar: The Berlin-Dresden trio has been on the scene for 12 years now and first made their mark in 2018 when they released their first album Ringthing. Oyèmi, Lemmy and Chris have subsequently hit the road and criss-crossed Europe. They then returned to the studio to create their second album Gold, which was released in 2021. Gold is noticeably more melodic, with fewer noisy passages, making Jaguwar a slightly more accessible band than on their debut. This will be their fourth appearance in Pilsen.
Nava Calma: Originally Cora Line was born out of a desire for symbiosis from what was originally a solo project. It has grown to 5 members and now functions as a full band. It's not easy to pigeonhole them into genre boxes, but it's clear from listening that they're more at home in calmer, downtempo waters and rely on building an almost mysterious atmosphere. You can hear influences of post rock, shoegazing, post metal, dream pop and even trip hop. They have one EP under their belt and are touring for the first time.
Amore Immortale: A mixture of noises, movements and sounds performed by the chameleon of the Pilsen scene Petr Mastroiany and his first public performance.
