Tymoteusz Bies

Concert of Tymoteusz Bies, which will open a new cycle in the Wolski Cultural Center. During the cycle, exceptional personalities from the Polish classical music scene will appear at the Community Centre in Obozowa Street. The artists will talk about their road to success and the social responsibility of music.

Tymoteusz Bies is one of the most charismatic figures in Polish piano playing. Excellent soloist, who is not afraid of meetings with hip-hop, playing in public spaces, and received his most prestigious award in a tracksuit. Tymoteusz will play a solo piano concert with works by: Mieczyslaw Wajnberg, Karol Szymanowski and Dmitri Shostakovich. The concert will be preceded by a conversation with the artist, moderated by Ania Karpowicz.
