General Rules

Alcohol BankPlus Amphitheater offers a wide variety of alcoholic beverages for purchase during your time at the venue, from mixed drinks to wine to beer. A number of craft beers will be offered on site as well. Must be 21 years of age or older and provide a valid ID. You are not permitted to bring in any alcoholic beverages into the venue. Animals - Service BankPlus Amphitheater’s policy - consistent with the ADA standard definition - limits a "service animal" to a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. Under ADA standards, "comfort," "therapy," or "emotional support animals" do not meet the definition of a service animal. BankPlus Amphitheater can request specific documentation and/or advanced notice for service animals. ATM ATM’s are located in the main north plaza, near the Box Office and Merch tent. Bag Inspections All bags will be searched upon entry. Guests have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue please return them to your vehicle or discard them into the appropriate trash receptacles at the entry gates. Please refer to the Permitted Items section for more information. Banners and Signs Signs larger than 8.5 X 11 in are not permitted into the venue. This size is a standard sheet of paper. We do not allow in banners or signs that are larger than this due to the potential to block other guests view of the performance. All signs must be appropriate in nature and not be a distraction to the artist. Box Office The Box Office is open only on event days at the venue. For most event days the box office will open at noon and remain open until the main act goes on stage. Tickets can be purchased for any BankPlus Amphitheater event during the hours of operation. Camera Policy SUBJECT TO CHANGE - The standard venue policy allows camera phones, disposable cameras, and small digital cameras. Any camera that has a detachable lens will be considered professional and not allowed in. If the camera lens zooms out of the camera more than 1 inch, it will be considered a professional camera and will not be allowed in. Some artists do not permit cameras so please check back for the show you will be attending to ensure that cameras will be allowed in. Cancellation Policy Cancellations can occur in the event of severe weather, artist cancellation, or an act of God. In the event of a show cancellation local media will be notified and any information about a potential reschedule will be made available. Refunds will be available at the point of purchase. Conceal and Carry BankPlus Amphitheater does not allow weapons of any kind in the venue. No patron will be allowed to enter the venue with a weapon. The venue will not secure weapons and will not take responsibility for any weapons left in vehicles. Credit/Debit Cards All concession and merchandise stands take all major credit cards - additionally, please see ATM's for cash locations on site. Drinking Water Guests are permitted to bring in One (1) factory sealed bottle of water up to one gallon in size for most events. Aluminum bottles, refillable plastic water bottles, and Camelbak type containers are not permitted, unless otherwise noted within the specific event information. Ejections Any guest that is violating venue policy or the law will be ejected from the facility at the sole discretion of Venue Management. Emergency In the event of an emergency while on site - BankPlus Amphitheater has trained paramedics to assist with any medical issues. First Aid is located on the north side of the venue near the merch tent and entry gates. Additionally, any staff member with a radio can dispatch First Aid to the location needed. Southaven Police are on site during events as well, in the event additional assistance is needed. BankPlus Amphitheater works closely with the City of Southaven to ensure that we are up to date on any dangerous weather or potential crowd related issues. In the event of a weather emergency - we will communicate with guests that are inside of the facility as well as guests on their way to the venue. Fan Assistance If you need assistance while at an event, please visit our Guest Services tent located inside the North entry gates near First Aid and Merch. Fast Lane For certain events, fast lane upgrades may be available for an additional charge. The fast lane allows you access to a private entrance, enabling you to skip the line at the main gate. Group Ticket Sales BankPlus Amphitheater offers group ticket sales. If you have a large party of 10 or more that plan on attending a show please contact our Venue Sales team: Madison Saltalamacchia, (504) 561-7011 / [email protected] Guests with Disabilities Live Nation and BankPlus Amphitheater strive to ensure that all guests have a great time at our venue. If you need additional assistance while onsite please make sure you let a member of the Guest Services team know. - Ticketing- Accessible tickets can be purchased online via www.livenation.com. It’s not necessary to call the box office to place an order as all accessible tickets are available online. Look for the logo on the “Find Tickets” page to view all available accessible seats. Accessible seating is available in every price range, but be advised it does occasionally sell out. We have limited seating available for guests on the day of the event, so it’s important to plan ahead and to secure accessible seating when purchasing tickets. - Day of Show Parking- Accessible Parking is located in the West parking lot accessible via Getwell Rd.. - Unexpected Needs- if you have had an injury or illness that prevents you from using the original seat you purchased we strongly recommend going through www.livenation.com to exchange all tickets for accessible seating. We will have a very limited number of seats available on the day of the show for such issues, and we cannot guarantee we will be able to seat you. However, if you arrive on site and need to exchange your purchased ticket for an accessible seat please go to the box office and they will be able to assist you with this request. Please remember that accessible seating allows for the guest and one companion. The companion is still required to purchase their own ticket. Lawn Chairs Lawn chairs are not permitted at BankPlus Amphitheater Lost or Stolen Tickets Please report any lost or stolen tickets to Ticketmaster as soon as you are aware they are missing or destroyed. If a ticket needs to be reprinted during the event, guests can visit the box office and have their ticket reprinted. Please note: we are only able to accommodate reprints for tickets that were purchased from an authorized Ticketmaster/Live Nation retailer. Lost and Found If you lose an item while you are at an event- you can visit our Guest Services tent located inside the entry gates near First Aid and the Merch tent to see if it has been turned in. BankPlus Amphitheater retains a list of all lost and found items following each event. Please call (901) 577-9063 and leave a detailed description of the lost item in advance to see if your item has been found - Please do not come out to the venue without calling to coordinate item pick up as we will not be available to assist you. Medical Assistance First Aid is located on the north side of the venue near the entry gates and merch tent. BankPlus Amphitheater has trained medical personnel that are able to assist with any issue you encounter. Ambulances are on site throughout the duration of the event and can transport guests, if needed. If you have a condition that requires the use of a needle for medication while you are onsite, please do so in First Aid to ensure the syringe is properly disposed of. Merchandise Merchandise will be available for all concerts at our Merch Tent located in the North Plaza near First Aid and the entry gates. All concert gear is property of the artist and the venue has no responsibility related to the craftsmanship or style of any merchandise. Please make sure you check that you have the correct size and there are no defects in the shirt before you walk away from the stand. The venue cannot assist with replacing or refunding any merchandise after the event has ended. Parking Paid parking lots are available on the north and south sides of the venue. Premium Parking (closest to the entry gates) is available as well. Please follow parking signs upon arrival. Cash and Credit Cards are accepted. Permitted Items Guests are permitted to bring in the following - ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED ON THE DISCRETION OF THE ARTIST - - Clear Bag policy - Cameras: see camera policy above - 1 Factory sealed bottle of water per person up to a gallon in size - we may ask you to remove the cap upon entry. - Extra clothes - Sunscreen and bug spray in non-aerosol containers - Blankets - no larger than 10’x10’ - Stadium seating cushions - Six pack size soft sided coolers - Poster Tubes Non Permitted Items - Illegal drugs - Umbrellas - All lawn chairs and furniture - Beverages other than water - no soda, alcohol, juice, or energy drinks - Weapons of any kind, including mace. - Wallet chains - Pocket knives - Fireworks - Electronics (excluding cell phones) including but not limited to: laptops, iPads, Kindles, video games, GoPro's etc. - Hard coolers or coolers on wheels - Sports equipment of any kind (Baseballs, footballs, tennis balls, frisbees, etc) - Hula Hoops - Laser Pointers - Selfie Sticks - Inflatables of any kind Premium / VIP Seating If you are interested in purchasing our season seats within the reserved section or within our VIP boxes, please contact Madison Saltalamaccia in the Premium Seat Sales department at (504) 561-7011 / [email protected] the venue receptionist nor the box office can answer questions regarding pricing or availability for these locations. Restrooms Restrooms are located on both sides of the venue with additional portable locations near the back of the lawn. Re-Entry Re-Entry is not permitted at BankPlus Amphitheater unless otherwise instructed by venue management. Please ensure that everything needed for the event is brought in at time of entry. If you do leave at any point in the evening - you will not be allowed rentry without a new ticket. Please note: If you are ejected from the venue due to a policy violation there will be no re-entry allowed. Security Venue security is located throughout the facility to ensure a safe and secure environment. All security personnel can assist with any safety concerns. Please visit our Guest Services tent with any questions or concerns or if any additional assistance is needed. Strollers Strollers are not permitted at BankPlus Amphitheater due to concerns they can become a trip hazard and the fact that there is nowhere to securely store them. Umbrellas Umbrellas are never permitted in BankPlus Amphitheater. VIP Club The VIP Club is a private lounge with an outside patio for our box seat and season ticket holders. The club will open at doors and remain open until 1 hour after the event has ended. VIP Club guests have access to private restroom facilities, dedicated parking and entry, as well as premium liquor and beer selections. Weather All shows are rain or shine. In the event of severe weather (including lightning or severe high winds), a concert may be delayed, postponed, or cancelled depending on the severity of the threat.. Please monitor BankPlus Amphitheater social media channels for weather and show status updates. If severe weather threatens while patrons are onsite, BankPlus Amphitheater will also make announcements via the PA system, video screens, and event staff.
