Information about the concert
Polish singer Joulie Fox and Panilas will visit Warsaw's Chmury.
Joulie Fox returns with her latest ep 00', taking listeners on a journey through four stories that intertwine across timelines. The artist dedicates this album to the non-linearity of our existence and the transformations that shape us. Her second disc contains more of an analog sound, while retaining the synth pop elements that are the artist's trademark. Joulie creates on a daily basis in London, which has been her home for a good few years. In 2022, she released her debut EP Love is a Blessing appreciated by BBC Introducing, London Live and Polish radio stations. In 2023, she became a finalist in the 'Rhythms of the Young' competition held as part of the iconic Jarocin Festival.
anilas is a project by Magdalena Sowul, a producer, composer, vocalist and clarinetist. A deep journey into the thick of female experience, taken in an intricately woven electronic vehicle. The beat mixes with bitterness, like mascara with tears in a disco bathroom at five in the morning. A little to dance to, a little to cry to. Her debut album Gynoelectro, created in collaboration with Mark Pędziwiatr (EABS, Mud), was released in 2022 by Mystic Production.
