BAiKA + Corr + Bez Znaczenia

A concert of BAiKA, Corr and Bez Znaczenia as a part of the cycle "Muzyka Pozaradiowa" in the renovated club Magazyn Zbożowy GS in Mogilno.

BAiKA is a duo made up of Piotr Banach (the first leader of the band Hey, producer and co-composer of Katarzyna Nosowska's debut solo album Puk, puk, founder of the band Indios Bravos, author of the solo album Wu-Wei featuring Abradab, Alicja Janosz, Gutek and Tomek Lipiński) and the vocalist Kasia "Kafi" Sondej (exStandBy) playing keyboards and drums. The band's name is an abbreviation of the guitarist's last name and the singer's nickname. In 2018, the duo was joined by Marcin Żabiełowicz, guitarist of the band Hey, who worked with Natalia Kukulska or Edyta Bartosiewicz in the past, and Jacek Mazurkiewicz. In early 2018, their debut album, entitled Byty Zależne, was released. The album is a collection of fourteen original compositions, in which echoes of various styles can be heard - from rock, through reggae, to electronica. In many rankings summing up the musical events of 2018 in Poland, this disc was in the top ten of the best albums.

The band Corr, performing alternative music, will present itself in a new version. Vocalist Ksenia has joined the line-up, who, thanks to her experience in ambient music production, gives a magical and mysterious expression to the performed songs. Corr is a combination of strong guitar sound with delicate female vocals.

Bez Znaczenia is a return to the past, to good punk-rock spiced with melodic reggae. Fans of music performed by bands such as: Alians, Post Regiment or NoMeansNo, will certainly find a lot of pleasure in the reception of the presented material.
