The Cure will be touring Europe next year, and Prague will not be missing out.
Legendary British band The Cure with frontman Robert Smith will embark on a European tour in 2022, during which they will visit Prague's O2 arena on 24. 10. 2022 after 6 long years.
The band, which formed in 1976 and has played more than 1,500 shows worldwide, released 13 studio albums and dozens of singles, will visit us with its current line-up of Robert Smith (vocals & guitar), Simon Gallup (bass guitar), Jason Cooper (drums), Roger O'donnell (keyboards) and Reeves Gabrels (guitar).
The band has managed to captivate fans with its exceptional sound since its beginning, becoming one of the first alternative rock bands to hit the charts and achieve commercial success. In 2019, she was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, which only confirmed her uniqueness and the influence she has had on many other now globally successful musicians. So next year we can look forward to a great show from a band whose musical style is hard to describe, and Smith himself adds: "I just play Cure music, whatever that is."
